Layer Niseko

Every great brand in Niseko earns its place through a single, ownable idea. For Layer Niseko, a patisserie serving both high-end travellers and Hokkaido locals, that idea became the mark — a symbol that quietly echoes Mt. Yotei, a diamond, the lake, the snow.

The name does the same work: a single word that carries seasons, relationships, pastry, and powder all at once.

3 Eagles

3Eagles make ceremonial tools by hand, grounded in old ways and natural materials, for a community that values the sacred. The brand needed to reflect that without performing it. From strategy through to the full brand guidelines, every decision was guided by the same values that go into each piece: craftsmanship, purpose, and deep respect.

Northbuild

A brand built to match the quality of the work behind it. The Northbuild mark quietly holds three ideas at once — the N, the b, and the profile of two 2x4s stacked — a small piece of craft that rewards a second look. From that foundation the identity rolled out across stationery, vehicle graphics, signage, and uniforms, and the website is currently in development as the partnership continues to grow.

Selection of Logos

A mark is only as strong as the thinking behind it. These identities are drawn from years of client work across hospitality, outdoor sport, lifestyle, and retail — in Niseko, across Japan, and beyond. Each one began with a strategic question, was built to be ownable, and was designed to last.
